2. Persistent offenders of the rules may have their membership deleted without notice and will forfeit their deposit and annual administration fee.  Unused month’s subscription will be refunded.
3. Subscription to ABZ-Text is for a full year.  Users may terminate their membership, but will only be refunded their unused monthly subscription fees.
4. No guarantee is provided that you will hear about all rarities which are found in North East Scotland, nor that you will be alerted as soon as news becomes available.
5. No guarantee is provided that the information contained in messages is either accurate or correct.
6. As a subscriber to ABZ-Text you must endeavour to provide records of bird sightings in North East Scotland to the local bird recorder and you must provide descriptions of any rare bird sightings to the local bird recorder when requested.
